You can freely browse without an account, but an account or membership is required at checkout. This allows us to store your details securely, manage your delivery preferences, and provide access to any rewards or benefits associated with your tier.
We currently serve selected neighborhoods within our primary city and are gradually expanding. When you enter your delivery address at checkout, the system will confirm availability and show you the bakeries that can serve your location.
Yes. During checkout, you will be able to select from the available delivery windows for the following day or the applicable service period. We coordinate with our bakery partners to ensure your pastries are prepared and delivered within that window.
Our goal is to keep pastries as close as possible to their ideal serving time. Most items are prepared the same morning as your delivery, depending on the bakery’s production schedule. If an item has a different preparation timeline, it will be noted in the product description.
Because our bakeries begin preparing orders in advance, changes and cancellations are time-sensitive. If you need to adjust an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the cut-off times stated at checkout.
Each bakery provides ingredient details for their items, and many offer options such as gluten-friendly or nut-free recipes. However, cross-contamination is always a possibility in shared kitchens.
