Delivery Policy Basics
At Pastry Port, every order is carefully coordinated with our partner bakeries to protect pastry quality and ensure a smooth, reliable delivery experience. The guidelines below outline how we handle edits, cancellations, and late deliveries.

We understand that plans can change. For that reason, we offer a same-day window to adjust your order details.
- Once your order is submitted, you may request edits, adjustments, or cancellations until 11:59 PM EST on the same calendar day.
- After 11:59 PM EST, orders are confirmed with our bakery partners and are considered final. Adjustments made after this cutoff are not eligible for refunds.
- For any edits before the cutoff time, please use your account portal or contact our support team using the details provided in your confirmation email.
- After the cutoff time, the customer remains responsible for the full amount due, as ingredients and preparation may already be underway.
Cancellations
Because Pastry Port operates on a pre-order model, we coordinate closely with our bakery partners to prepare for the following day’s deliveries.
- You may cancel your order for a full refund until 11:59 PM EST on the same calendar day the order was placed.
- After 11:59 PM EST, cancellations are no longer available for refund, as bakeries begin planning and allocating their production specifically for your order.
- Cancellations must be submitted through your Pastry Port account or by contacting our customer support team within the applicable timeframe.
Late Delivery Handling
Our goal is to deliver your pastries within the selected delivery window while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. However, we recognize that unexpected delays may occur.
- If your pastries arrive more than 0 minutes but up to 60 minutes after your chosen delivery window, our team will review the circumstances and may provide a courtesy adjustment at our discretion.
- If your pastries arrive more than 60 minutes after your chosen delivery window, we will credit your Pastry Port account with 50% of your order total.
- If your pastries arrive more than 120 minutes after your chosen delivery window, we will refund your entire purchase to the original method of payment.
Exceptions & Important Notes
- Refunds or credits for late delivery do not apply if the delay is caused by factors such as incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, inability to access the building or residence, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the order.
- In cases of severe weather, public safety emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control, we may adjust delivery windows to prioritize the safety of our drivers and the integrity of your pastries. Any such changes will be communicated when possible.
- All credits are issued as Pastry Port account credit unless otherwise specified in writing.
