Designed to protect bakery quality and manage capacity with precision.
- Next-morning delivery (8:30am–11:30am*)
- Limited daily allocation per bakery
- Ordering closes once allocation is reached
- Select pastries, choose window, complete payment
- All tiers can access any bakery
Many of our partner bakeries have lines out the door daily. This model allows them to allocate a specific quantity exclusively for Pastry Port — preserving freshness, craftsmanship, and operational balance.

Pastry Port was built to protect the in-store bakery experience first. The Classic model may be introduced carefully — only when it aligns with each bakery’s quality standards and operational capacity.

Customers are welcome to browse our curated selection of New York City’s most elite bakeries without obligation. However, in order to place an order, membership is required.
Why? Because exclusivity protects quality.
Our tiered subscription model allows every member to access any bakery on the platform. The only difference between tiers is the delivery structure and rewards access — never the bakery selection.
