Pastry Port is a dedicated delivery service for high-end bakeries in New York City. Unlike standard on-demand apps, we work exclusively with bakeries that are often not available on other platforms, and we design our model around their capacity, quality standards, and in-store guest experience.
With the Pre-Order Package, guests place their order on the Pastry Port website for delivery the following morning within a dedicated window (for example, 8:30am–11:30am; times may vary). Each bakery allocates a limited quantity of pastries each day exclusively for Pastry Port.
Once that allocation is reached, the bakery closes for the night for next-day delivery. Guests simply select their pastries, choose a delivery time, and complete payment online.
Many of our partner bakeries have lines out the door and a strong in-store following. Limiting daily quantities allows them to protect production quality, avoid overloading their teams, and keep the in-shop experience exceptional, while still reaching new guests through Pastry Port.
The Classic Package is a future, on-demand delivery option that functions more like a traditional app model. Guests would be able to order pastries in real time rather than pre-ordering.
It is not offered at launch. Pastry Port will only introduce the Classic Package for select bakeries that request it and can support on-demand orders without compromising quality or service.
Yes. Guests can browse bakeries freely, but to complete a purchase they must choose one of three tiers: Commis, Sous, or Head. The tier you select determines your delivery fee and access to rewards, but every tier can order from any bakery on the platform.
Our model is built around morning delivery windows and controlled volume so bakeries can prepare orders thoughtfully. Deliveries are handled by experienced couriers who work exclusively with Pastry Port, helping preserve presentation, temperature, and overall pastry integrity from bakery to doorstep.
Pastry Port focuses on high-demand neighborhoods and core delivery zones within New York City. As we welcome new partner bakeries, our coverage will expand. Guests can confirm availability by entering their delivery address at checkout.
